Since launching the company in 2018, she has combined her interior design training with her kitchen and bath expertise to create spaces that are both beautiful and highly functional. She loves seeing her and her team’s work woven throughout Cape May, the community where she grew up. With a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Drexel University and over 20 years of experience, she brings deep knowledge and craftsmanship to every project.
Above all, Jennifer leads with heart. She pours genuine care into her work and goes above and beyond for every client, ensuring their vision is understood, honored, and brought to life in a home they truly love—one that reflects not only their style, but their story.

Jaime is the first friendly voice you’ll hear when you reach out to O'Connor Home Design. As our Office Administrator, she guides every client through the early stages of the design process—answering questions, providing helpful resources, and making sure you feel supported from the very start.
Behind the scenes, Jaime is truly the glue that holds our office together. She manages the intricate details of every project, from finances and scheduling to acquisitions and ongoing communication. Over 10 years of experience in Hospitality with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic and Organizational Communications from Temple University, her organization, dedication, and care ensure that every design moves forward smoothly—and that our team and clients always have what they need.

Caroline is one of our Junior Designers and plays a key role in bringing each project to life. With over five years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Drexel University, she supports every phase of the design process—from early concepts to final details.
Caroline is especially skilled in creating detailed 3D perspectives, allowing you to visualize your home in a dynamic, realistic way before any work begins. Her creativity, technical expertise, and dedication make her an essential part of ensuring every design is thoughtful, functional, and beautifully executed.

It has been such fun!!! to share the results of our recent O'Connor Home Design design project with family and friends. Thanks to Jenn, we refreshed our condo's kitchen and all three bathrooms over the winter. She listens carefully and brings creative ideas to the table. She helped us identify a wonderful contractor as well. While the process included a few in-person meetings for item selection and project review, we were able to move much of the project forward from afar. We are grateful to Jenn and her staff for their creativity, organization and vision!

Used Jenn and her team for the first time after seeing her store and design dynamic. I had never used a company before but had an entire den to transform. They presented design boards after we met. We did rug, paint, furniture , lighting, etc. It is just wonderful. We are now doing primary bathroom and vanity. New floor( from rug to tile) , vanity , lighting, wallpaper, etc. Shout out to Caroline and Jaime! Use OConnor once and you will use again!
