Since launching the company in 2018, she has combined her interior design training with her kitchen and bath expertise to create spaces that are both beautiful and highly functional. She loves seeing her and her team’s work woven throughout Cape May, the community where she grew up. With a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Drexel University and over 20 years of experience, she brings deep knowledge and craftsmanship to every project.
Above all, Jennifer leads with heart. She pours genuine care into her work and goes above and beyond for every client, ensuring their vision is understood, honored, and brought to life in a home they truly love—one that reflects not only their style, but their story.

Jaime is the first friendly voice you’ll hear when you reach out to O'Connor Home Design. As our Office Administrator, she guides every client through the early stages of the design process—answering questions, providing helpful resources, and making sure you feel supported from the very start.
Behind the scenes, Jaime is truly the glue that holds our office together. She manages the intricate details of every project, from finances and scheduling to acquisitions and ongoing communication. Over 10 years of experience in Hospitality with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic and Organizational Communications from Temple University, her organization, dedication, and care ensure that every design moves forward smoothly—and that our team and clients always have what they need.

Caroline is one of our Junior Designers and plays a key role in bringing each project to life. With over five years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Drexel University, she supports every phase of the design process—from early concepts to final details.
Caroline is especially skilled in creating detailed 3D perspectives, allowing you to visualize your home in a dynamic, realistic way before any work begins. Her creativity, technical expertise, and dedication make her an essential part of ensuring every design is thoughtful, functional, and beautifully executed.

She approaches each space with both creativity and precision, considering every detail from the big-picture layout to the smallest hardware choice. Her ability to blend form and function ensures that every cabinet not only looks stunning but enhances the way a home is lived in. As our Design Associate, Shannon is the ultimate support system for our Interior Designers. She’s part project coordinator, part creative assistant, and part office wizard—organizing the many details that bring each design to life. Shannon is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design at Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design while building her professional experience in the field.
From sourcing furniture and finishes to preparing presentations and supporting installations, Shannon contributes throughout the design process from concept to completion. She brings a detail-oriented and creative approach to each project, along with an eagerness to collaborate, learn, and jump in wherever needed. Passionate about interior design, Shannon loves transforming ideas into inviting, intentional spaces that feel personal to the people who call them home.

We did rug, paint, furniture , lighting, etc. It is just wonderful. We are now doing primary bathroom and vanity. New floor( from rug to tile) , vanity , lighting, wallpaper, etc. Shout out to Caroline and Jaime! Use OConnor once and you will use again!

Although we were unsure of exactly what we wanted, we knew we wanted to add finishing touches to our recently renovated great room to create a cozy coastal atmosphere.
