Once your design agreement and retainer are in place, we begin developing the direction for your home.
Space planning, inspiration, and preliminary selections help us explore how your rooms

04 | REFINE THE DETAILS
Through a series of meetings, we bring your design together and refine the selections.
Depending on your project, samples, drawings, and renderings help you visualize the details and
make confident decisions.
05 | APPROVE & ORDER
We prepare purchasing proposals for your review. Once selections are approved and the required
deposits are received, we place and track orders through OHD and keep you informed as they progress.
06 | BRING IT HOME
We coordinate delivery and installation of the items purchased through us, bringing your
selections together with the finishing touches. We review any remaining details so you can settle in
and enjoy your space.
